We prioritize your privacy. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or phone number to use the App.

- User Content: When you use the "Herbal Consultant" or "Blend Generator" features, the text queries you enter (e.g., wellness goals, symptoms) are processed to generate your herbal recipes.
- Customer Support: If you contact us directly via email, we will receive your email address and message content.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, such as the device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: We collect anonymous data on how the App is accessed and used (e.g., crash reports, feature usage) to help us improve the experience.
- Purchase History: If you purchase the Premium/Unlocked version, our payment processors record the transaction details. We do not store or have access to your raw credit card information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the App's functionality.
- To generate custom herbal recipes via our AI provider.
- To manage in-app purchases and unlock premium features.
- To monitor usage and fix technical issues (crashes/bugs).
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service. These parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We use the following key providers:

- Apple App Store & Google Play Services: Used for app distribution, payments, and standard analytics.
4. Data Storage and Retention
- Local Storage: Your "Saved Blends" and preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. If you delete the App, this data is removed from your device.
- Server Processing: User inputs sent to the AI generator are processed transiently and are not permanently stored on our servers.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
6. Security
We value your trust in providing us your information and use commercially acceptable means to protect it. All data transmitted between the App and third-party services (like the AI or Payment providers) is encrypted via SSL/TLS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
